The answer, you can start building great sleep habits with your baby around the age of 8 weeks but a baby needs to be 4 months old/and or 12 lbs before their bodies are ready to start the sleep training process. Babies in the first few months are suppose to feed often and have erratic sleep patterns, it’s essential for their growth and development!
