How long does sleep training take?
This depends on many factors, your child’s age, temperament and your parenting style all play key factors in the approach we take to creating your sleep plan. Typically clients have the desired results within 3 days-3 weeks and from there we just work on fine tuning any additional adjustments that need to be made!
Do you come into our home to sleep train?
Not typically, our goal is to train you as the parent(s) to empower you child to self soothe to sleep. We work together and discuss everything. We create the perfect plan to fit your parenting style, your child’s temperament and take into consideration your family’s unique dynamics. By providing you with the knowledge of not only how to do this, but the why behind it…we set you up for success for now and the future! We do offer customized plans for those parents desiring an hands on approach by the sleep consultant.
I NEED sleep, how early can I start sleep training?
Parents are encouraged to take steps from day one to help their baby with day and night time sleep habits, our Newborn Sleep Success Information Packet is the perfect resource for starting from day ONE. However, your baby must be 12 lbs./and or 4 months before we can create a specific sleep plan to implement.
How much does this cost?

Will my child be forced to CIO (cry it out) for sleep training?
Absolutely not! We offer many gentle sleep approaches that allow you to guide your baby/child into healthy sleeping patterns and routines without having them cry for extended periods of time. The sleep plans offered will cater to your parenting style and we will discuss everything. For parents looking for a quicker sleep training method there may initially be more crying involved but you will never be asked to implement a sleep plan that makes you uncomfortable!
